POLICIES
Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and accurate address and phone number(s) for the recipient on all deliveries - including items to be shipped. Traditionally, two attempts are made to hand-deliver gifts ~ if the recipient is not available on the second attempt, we will try to leave the gift with a neighbor, obtain his/her signature, and leave a "gift waiting for you" tag on the actual recipient's door. We will also follow-up by telephone to ensure that the gift was received in case we have to leave the gift with a neighbor after a second attempt at hand delivery.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided to us regarding any deliveries and/or shipments, an additional charge may be added in order to cover our costs of re-shipping and/or re-delivery.

  • We take the utmost care to ensure that each and every gift arrives in perfect condition.  However, because shipping circumstances are beyond our control, if a shipped gift basket should arrive damaged, you must (1) immediately report it to the shipping company (FED EX, USPS or UPS - please see the top of the package to determine appropriate shipper; (2) save the ORIGINAL CARTON in which the gift arrived and ensure that all items in the gift basket remain unopened and unused; and (3) report any damage to us, including the name of the person to whom you reported the loss at the shipping company, within 48 hours. We will provide you with further instructions at the time we are able to speak with you.  Damage to any basket or product MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT.  Failure to do so will result in credit/replacement refusal.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  Please let us know immediately if anything arrives in a damaged state or if you are not completely satisfied.  We build our reputation on client satisfaction and superior customer care.


  • We select each basket and container with great care, but occasionally a naturally-occurring variance in the basket or container may be misconstrued as an "imperfection" - but is simply due to the nature of the basket/container - as in fabrics, slight, general imperfections in the basket or container are not considered "damaged."  A basket considered "damaged" is at our discretion.

  • Every effort will be made on our part to replace any damaged basket with an identical one; however, please bear in mind that because of product availability, it may be necessary to substitute certain items with products of equal or greater value.  Quality is never compromised.

  • Any basket shipped and deemed "damaged" must be returned in the same carton in which it was shipped, with all original items unopened, in original condition.  Please contact us and we will arrange for the package to be returned shipped at our expense.

  • In the extremely rare event that you are dissatisfied with the content or quality of the basket, it will be replaced to your satisfaction.  Items will not be replaced if opened, used, or consumed.

  • CHOCOLATE ITEMS: during the warmer months we WILL personally DELIVER gifts containing CHOCOLATE items to the central Florida area; however, due to hot temperatures we are unable to SHIP chocolate items during the warmer months . . . gourmet treats of equal or greater value will be substituted for chocolate items during the warmer months on items being SHIPPED only.
  • Jewelry returns are accepted ONLY within  30 days of  the date shipped.
  • Our gift baskets are custom made from the finest products on the market ~ we reserve the right to substitute gift basket/floral items of equal or greater value according to availability ~ quality will never be compromised.

Specific delivery dates on shipments cannot be guaranteed. Because of shipping circumstances beyond our control, refunds are not available for late deliveries on items shipped.
